I opened an account at King Billy on a Tuesday evening, put £20 on my Visa debit card, and spent the following week working through the lobby. The medieval court theme, with its crowns, banners and cartoon king in the promo graphics, stays in the background once you start spinning. No game took more than a few seconds to load on my phone over 4G.
King Billy Casino games come from around 50 studios, and the catalogue runs to several thousand titles. Slots dominate, Evolution supplies the live tables, and the welcome bonus carries 10x wagering.
Featured Games
The lobby sorts titles into slots, table games, live casino and instant games. A search bar and a provider filter sit at the top of the page. I found the provider filter faster than the category tabs, particularly when I wanted a specific studio such as Play'n GO or Big Time Gaming.
Slots
King Billy slots cover 3-reel fruit machines, Megaways titles, cluster-pay games and a jackpot section that includes Mega Moolah. I played King Billy Casino slots online at £0.20 a spin, and a £20 deposit lasted about two hours across three sessions.
Slots to Watch:
- Starburst by NetEnt - Ten paylines, wins in both directions and expanding wilds that trigger respins. The 96.09% RTP and low volatility make it a good first spin for a small bankroll.
- Gonzo's Quest by NetEnt - Avalanche reels replace winning symbols and push the multiplier up to 5x in the base game. RTP sits at 95.97%.
- Book of Dead by Play'n GO - High volatility, a 96.21% RTP and an expanding symbol in the free spins round. I triggered the bonus once in 140 spins, which matches the volatility rating.
The full catalogue sits on the King Billy Casino online slots page.
Table Games
Table games are thinner than slots. I counted about 40 RNG tables, mostly blackjack and roulette variants with a handful of baccarat and poker titles. Roulette stakes start at £0.50 and blackjack at £1.
Featured Highlights:
- Blackjack Classic - Standard rules with a dealer standing on soft 17 and a 99.5% RTP when you follow basic strategy.
- European Roulette - A single zero and a 97.3% RTP. I preferred it to the American wheel for that reason.
Live Casino
Evolution runs the live studio. I sat at a £1 minimum blackjack table at 2pm, and by 9pm the cheapest open seat cost £5. If you play on a small budget, log in during the afternoon.
Must-Try Games:
- Lightning Roulette - Stakes start at £0.20, and random lucky numbers carry multipliers up to 500x.
- Live Blackjack - Several tables with side bets, plus a dealer chat box that works as quickly as the video stream.
- Crazy Time - A game show wheel with four bonus rounds. The swings are large, so keep your stake small.
Specialty & Instant Games
Instant games fill the gaps between longer sessions. The section is small, but each title takes under a minute to play.
Try Something Different:
- Scratch Cards - Tickets from £0.50, with the result on screen after one tap.
- Bingo - Rooms with 90-ball and 75-ball formats, plus a chat host who calls out prize draws.
- Plinko by Spribe - You drop a ball down a pegboard and the landing slot sets the multiplier.
Game Categories Table
| Category | Examples | Provider | RTP Range |
|---|---|---|---|
| Slots | Starburst, Book of Dead | NetEnt, Play'n GO | 94%-97% |
| Table Games | Blackjack Classic, European Roulette | NetEnt, Pragmatic Play | 97%-99.5% |
| Live Casino | Lightning Roulette, Live Blackjack | Evolution | 95%-99% |
| Specialty & Instant | Scratch Cards, Bingo, Plinko | Various | 90%-97% |
You can filter by provider, feature (Megaways, jackpots) and popularity. The lobby has no RTP filter, so I opened the info panel on each game to check the figure before betting. Several slots publish more than one RTP version, and the info panel shows which one King Billy runs.
Bonuses at King Billy Casino
King Billy Casino promotions are easy to find from the top menu, and each one lists its terms on the same page. I claimed the welcome offer, the Friday reload and the cashback during my week of testing.
Welcome Bonus
King Billy matches your first deposit by 100% up to £200 and adds 50 free spins on Book of Dead. Deposit £100 and you receive £100 in bonus funds, which you wager 10 times (£1,000 in total) before you withdraw bonus-related winnings.
- Deposit Match: 100% up to £200, minimum deposit £20.
- Free Spins: 50 spins at £0.10 each on Book of Dead, with winnings paid as bonus funds.
- Wagering: 10x the bonus amount, with a maximum bet of £2 per spin while you wager.
- Time Limit: 14 days to complete the wagering.
The £2 maximum bet limits your options on a high-volatility slot like Book of Dead. The 50 free spins carry a total stake of £5, so treat them as a trial of the game rather than a source of profit.
No Deposit Bonus
King Billy does not run a standing no-deposit offer. Free spins for existing accounts appear during certain slot promotions, and I received 10 spins by email in my second week.
- Amount: None as standard.
- Games Applicable: A named slot, set in each promotion.
Reload Bonuses
The Friday reload gave me £20 of bonus funds on a £40 deposit. It lands in your account as soon as the deposit clears, and the same 10x wagering applies.
- Bonus Rates: 50% up to £100, minimum deposit £20.
- Frequency: Each Friday.
Cashback Offers
Cashback returns a share of your net losses from the previous week. I lost £60 over seven days and received £3 back, a 5% rate on the lowest tier.
- Cashback Rate: 5% to 10% of net weekly losses, up to £250.
- Eligibility: Opt in from the promotions page. King Billy pays cashback as bonus funds with 10x wagering.
VIP and Loyalty Rewards
You earn loyalty points on every real-money bet and climb through four tiers. A personal account manager arrives at the third tier, and the top tier raises your withdrawal limits.
- Levels: Four tiers, from Squire to Royal.
- Rewards: Personal account manager, higher withdrawal limits, invitations to private tournaments.
Seasonal and Special Promotions
Slot tournaments run through the year, and Pragmatic Play's Drops & Wins prize pools appear in the lobby on qualifying games. King Billy adds themed leaderboards around Christmas and Easter.
- Examples: Weekly slot races, Drops & Wins prizes, holiday leaderboards.
Comparative Table of Bonuses
| Bonus Type | Description | Maximum Amount | Eligibility | Games Applicable |

Read the terms before you opt in to any offer. You must be 18 or over, and you can decline a bonus at the deposit screen if the wagering does not suit you.

Responsible Gambling
Player Protection Tools
You find the tools under Responsible Gambling in your account menu. Deposit limits run per day, week or month, and a lower limit takes effect at once while a raise waits 24 hours. Reality checks pop up at intervals you choose, from 15 minutes to two hours. Time-outs range from 24 hours to six weeks, and self-exclusion runs from six months to five years.
I set a £50 weekly deposit limit before I played my first spin. It stopped me topping up on the Friday reload after a losing Thursday, which saved me from a bad decision.
Support Resources
Register with GamStop if you want to block every UK-licensed gambling site at once. BeGambleAware offers free advice, and the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 answers calls around the clock. King Billy links to both organisations from the footer of every page.
Security & Fair Play
Trust & Transparency
King Billy holds a UK Gambling Commission licence, which means the casino must keep customer funds separate from operating money and publish its terms in plain English. Independent test labs audit the random number generators behind the slots and RNG tables. Evolution runs its own studio audits for live games.
The site uses 256-bit SSL encryption on every page. I saw the padlock icon in my browser on login, in the cashier and on the withdrawal screen.
Legacy of King Billy Casino
King Billy built its brand on a medieval court theme and a long provider list. The catalogue has grown from a few hundred titles at launch to several thousand, with new releases from Pragmatic Play and Play'n GO arriving each week. Support staff addressed me by name in live chat, which suggests the team knows its regulars.
Some details need work. The lobby lacks an RTP filter, and the table game selection is smaller than at larger UK brands. If slots and live roulette are your priorities, King Billy Casino covers both well, and the bonus terms are clear enough to plan around.
Contact King Billy Casino
Customer Support
Live chat and email are the two routes I found. I could not locate a phone number anywhere on the site.
Live Chat
- Availability: 24 hours a day.
- Access: Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of any page.
I asked about my withdrawal limit at 11pm on a Sunday, and an agent answered in under two minutes with the exact figure.
Email Support
- Access: Use the contact form or the support address listed on the Contact page.
- Response Time: Within 24 hours. I received an answer after 6 hours.
Email suits longer problems, like a bonus dispute, where you want to attach screenshots.
Feedback
Send suggestions through the same contact form. I suggested an RTP filter for the lobby, and an agent confirmed they had passed it to the product team.
